Pole climbing performance of sham- and LD X-ray-irradiated mice after cortical stab wound injury. Sham-irradiated mice spent most of the time at the top of the pole and managed to descend the pole properly only 28 days post-injury (left panel). LD X-ray-irradiated mice spent much less time than sham-irradiated mice descending (right panel) at all time points until Day 21.
