Prior to founding ILP, Sherlyn had a successful career working for industry, holding management positions in eBusiness, Clinical Communications, Medical Affairs, Scientific Relations, Marketing, and Patient Advocacy. She also held senior leadership positions in global medical communication/education companies directing educational strategy and medical education programs in Asia, Europe, South America, and the US.

Across her various roles, Ms. Celone-Arnold has developed extensive experience in cardiorenal metabolic health and is the primary architect and Project Co-Lead for the Obesity Management in Primary Care Professional Development and Certificate Program (Certificate Program) (2018 – 2024).
