具共聚焦显微图显示了LD201t1~TD05处理后，Jurkat细胞与ramos细胞出现了团聚情况，但对照组没有出现该情况，从而为应用核酸适体调控细胞行为提供了新的技术支持。此外，CBApt在肿瘤组织中表现出比两种核酸适体的混合物更高效的肿瘤组织选择性积聚能力和更长的肿瘤部位滞留时间。
