Application studies of circular bivalent aptamers

Representative confocal micrographs showing junctional Jurkat cell-Ramos cell complexes after treatment with LD201t1~TD05, but not for control groups, thus providing new technical support for the application of aptamers to regulate cancer cell behaviors. Moreover, CBApt showed better selective accumulation ability in tumor tissues and greatly extended retention time than a mixture of two aptamers.
