Schematic view of the leak-tight joint procedures by using the AMSB and the photograph of the post joint structure of the SUS/ODS-Cu [2,3]. The very narrow bonding layer with complete leak tight sealing condition can be obtained by the optimized brazing conditions such as heating temperature, time and compressive load.
