OER performances of the as-grown electrocatalysts.

Mn-doped NixSy/Ni2P exhibits the highest electrocatalytic activity for OER among all other samples, requiring a low overpotential of 290 mV to achieve 100 mA cm−2. Additionallly. The Tafel slope of Mn-doped NixSy/Ni2P is 64.4 mV dec−1, which is less than the slopes of Mn-doped NixSy (120.3 mV dec−1), Mn-doped Ni2P (104.0 mV dec−1), Mn-doped Ni2O3/Ni2P (95.4 mV dec−1), and RuO2/NF (98.0 mV dec−1). Besides, the potential of Mn-doped NixSy/Ni2P remains constant at 50 mA cm−2 for 160 h.
