Typical cycle-to-cycle I-V curves of the (a) planar, (b) S1, (c) S2, and (d) S3 RRAM devices. Fifty consecutive switching cycles from the same devices are shown for all the subulate and planar devices. The subulate RRAM devices exhibit superior uniformity.
