The left image shows a live HeLa cell's cell membrane (cyan), nucleus (yellow green) and mitochondria (red) stained with DiI, SiR-DNA and PREX 710, respectively. PREX 710 can be used simultaneously with commercially available fluorescent probes to enable multicolor imaging. The 3D image on the right shows blood vessels in a mouse brain stained with a PREX 710-dextran conjugate that was injected into the bloodstream.
