The research group looked at the ratio of such cells at two weeks, four weeks and twelve weeks. Unfortunately there is no perfect marker for the nodal-like cells. They are observed through HCN4 and TBX3 but they are not perfect so it can't be declared as nodal-like, but all three, HCN4, SHOX2 and TBX3 decrease in abundance by twelve weeks.
