In this video, Dartmouth PhD candidate Miranda Zammarelli discusses the background and signficance of her study on songbird territory. Zammarelli, who studies behavioral ecology and population biology, digitized and analyzed hand-drawn paper maps plotted in New Hampshire's Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest each spring from 1969-2021 by generations of Dartmouth students led by Richard Holmes, now an emeritus professor of biological sciences.
