Trans-omic network. — Caption

The omics included in this study were transcriptome (mRNAs), proteome (proteins), metabolome (metabolites), lipidome (lipids), phosphoproteomes and insulin-signaling molecules (phosphoproteins). By combining this data, the researchers constructed a trans-omic network.
