内分泌干扰物与蛙代谢障碍

科研人员报告说,暴露于浓度被认为对于人类摄入安全的两种内分泌干扰物苯并芘与三氯生的蝌蚪与成熟的成年雌性热带爪蟾(Xenopus tropicalis )出现了代谢障碍;暴露于苯并芘的蛙在水中净化1年后持续表现出症状;此外,与对照组相比,暴露于这些物质的蛙的后代更小、更轻,而且遇到了延迟的变态以及更低的繁殖成功,这提示在内分泌干扰物与两栖类种群衰退之间存在联系。
