科研人员把装载了神经营养因子-3(NT3)的生物可降解材料壳聚糖插入到了脊髓损伤(SCI)的成年猕猴的胸脊髓,结果发现装载了神经营养因子-3(NT3)的壳聚糖促进了长距离轴突再生、神经修复、运动与感觉功能恢复,这些发现对于治疗人类脊髓损伤(SCI)可能具有意义。
