video: A 95 micron synchrotron reconstruction of the U.W. 88-50 cranium. The cranium forms part of the holotype skeleton of Australopithecus sediba from the Malapa site, South Africa. This video relates to an article that appeared in the April 9, 2010, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. L.R. Berger of University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, was titled, "Australopithecus sediba: A New Species of Homo-like Australopith from South Africa." view more
