Amazon Tree Count Shows Just a Few Species in Charge (3 of 11)

Jau National Park has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This image relates to a paper that appeared in the 18 October, 2013, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by Hans ter Steege at Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden, Netherlands, and colleagues was titled, "Hyperdominance in the Amazonian Tree Flora." view more
