使用全世界最大的生物多样性数据网络——全球生物多样性信息网络(GBIF)的数据从而对在2003年到2019年之间进行的4000多项研究的分析,发现了数据的使用随着数据的可利用度而增加;这组作者还发现了全球数据和多学科数据使用的模式,这提示了生物多样性数据整合能让科研在多个尺度以及多个分类类目中开展。
