埃博拉幸存者的免疫应答

科研人员报告说，来自2013年到2016年埃博拉爆发的年龄在15到53岁的32名塞拉利昂幸存者之中的26人表现出了细胞毒性T细胞对埃博拉特异性蛋白的应答，这26份样本中的25份对病毒核蛋白（NP）有应答，这26份样本中的10份对病毒糖蛋白（GP）有应答，这提示同时包括核蛋白（NP）和糖蛋白（GP）的疫苗可能有助于引发针对埃博拉病毒的细胞调控的免疫。
