Musical Pacifier Invention to Help Premature Babies 1 Lullaby at a Time

video: Florida State University professor Jayne Standley has developed a musical device that helps premature babies grow and become healthy. The Pacifier Activated Lullaby Device, or PAL, uses a specially wired pacifier and speaker that provides a soothing lullaby when the baby sucks on it properly. The lullaby encourages the infant to continue to suck, essentially teaching the child to eat. view more
