NASA Sees Extra-Tropical Cyclone Goni Over Sea of Japan

image: NASA's Aqua satellite flew over Extra-Tropical Cyclone Goni on Aug. 26 at 02:00 UTC (10 p.m. EDT, Aug. 25) and the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer captured this visible image of the storm in the Sea of Japan. The storm is expected to make final landfall near Vladivostok, Russia later on Aug. 26. view more
