IEEE ECIS 2025 aims to provide an international forum for sharing cutting-edge research, breakthroughs, and innovations in the fields of electronic engineering, communication systems, and intelligent science applications. This conference encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering academic and industrial partnerships across borders.
Following the success of the inaugural ECIS 2024, which achieved full EI indexing for its 2024 proceedings, IEEE ECIS is delighted to invite scholars, researchers, and industry professionals from around the world to submit original research.

Submission Guidelines
- All submitted papers must present original, unpublished research or experiences
Each paper should be at least 4 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables). Extra pages (start from page 6) will be charged
- Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere would be encouraged
- Each submitted paper must be written in English.
- Authors should check their papers with tools like crossref or ithenticate. If they fail to do that, the authors should be responsible for the result of rejection due to plagiarism. All papers that are suspected of plagiarism will not be published or indexed and will be announced publicly on the conference website.
