1. DLCV 2025 employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process: minimize bias and ensure that manuscripts are evaluated fairly based on their academic merit and relevance to the conference themes.
2. Format: Manuscripts must follow IEEE conference templates (LaTeX/Word) and be written in English.
3. Originality: Submissions must be unpublished and not under concurrent review elsewhere.
4. Length: 4–8 pages (including references).
5. Review: Double-blind peer-reviewed by experts.
