The group will discuss several issues vital to understanding the risks and opportunities in today's real estate sector, and the unique growth trajectories of Austin, Fort Worth, and Dallas. They will explore population booms and development trends influencing each city, the increasing challenge of housing affordability amid the national housing shortage, the potential for AI-driven economic shifts to redefine real estate investment, and trends in sustainability and climate-related property risks.
The Dallas event will mark the second in a three-part series of this year’s annual McCombs Business Outlook series, presented in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
