Significance of this study： Hematopoietic stem cells do not maintained and expanded in vitro. This study will contribute to the development of technology for in vitro proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow. Based on the findings of this study, a new technology to increase the number of hematopoietic stem cells from bone marrow in vitro is expected to be developed.
