Pal-DMPOP由CD47/SIRPα的阻断肽、PD-1/PD-L1的D肽阻断剂，以及N端的棕榈酸尾巴和linker组成，该设计能让Pal-DMPOP抵抗血清中酶的降解，并具有肿瘤组织的靶向能力。Pal-DMPOP通过阻断CD47/SIRPα与PD-1/PD-L1增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力，通过阻断PD-1/PD-L1增强T细胞的杀伤呢能力。
