Selected commercialized or approved active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that contain α,β or α-γ chiral amines. The two stereogenic centers can be installed from α,β-unsaturated ketones using the ERed/IRed cascade developed by the HIMS-Biocatalysis group.
