Researchers from China and USA have recently developed a novel organic core-inorganic nanoparticle-doped shell hybrid phase change microcapsule material that demonstrates superior thermal conductivity and photothermal conversion compared to its undoped counterparts, opening doors to efficient storage and transfer of solar energy and a zero-carbon society.
