Waveguide structures for different platforms

The top, waveguide types including shallow (low loss and long bending radius) and deeply etched (higher losses and lower bending radius) designs are provided based on InP platform. The middle, two main types of waveguides (ridge and strip) are available based on SOI platform. The bottom, some waveguide cross-sectional geometries are provided based on Si3N4-SiO2 platform.
