腺鼠疫早期小鼠淋巴结内的单细胞转录组测序

在小鼠感染鼠疫菌后的2h与24h时间点对小鼠淋巴结进行单细胞转录组测序，数据表明炎症相关通路基因在感染早期显著上调，其中相比于含量占据绝对优势的T细胞与B细胞，天然免疫细胞更倾向在腺鼠疫早期与鼠疫菌发生相互作用。
