This image is a composite of many individual images captured during a Moon Imagery session, with the Moon tracing an arc through the camera’s field of view. An overlayed image taken as the sun started to illuminate the atmosphere indicates Earth’s location relative to the Moon trace and an enlarged image of the Moon also was added.
