快速檢測模式的操作程序。磁性微粒首先與未稀釋的血清混合，然後用手搖動5分鐘，以捕獲抵禦SARS-CoV-2的抗體。隨即使用磁力架「沖洗」以去除其他干擾因素，再加入聚苯乙烯微粒子，並再度用手搖動5分鐘。接著下來，把溶液注入微流體裝置，當進入裝置的微通道後，10分鐘內便會形成肉眼可見的聚苯乙烯微粒積聚物（顯示條）。
