The mechanism of action of the RNR-specific repressor NrdR. Surface representation of the cryo-EM maps for the dodecameric, octameric, and DNA-bound tetrameric NrdR structures. NrdR monomers in each tetramer assembly are colored beige, blue, green and pink.
