Binding affinity analysis of L-RNA aptamer and rG4 targets. Figures A and B show L-Apt.3-7 binding to TERRA rG4. Figures C and D show L-Apt.4-1c binding to hTERC rG4. These figures show that the team’s L-RNA aptamers have a strong binding affinity to their rG4 targets.
