<b>A.</b> Single cell RNA-seq analysis of hematopoietic cells isolated from mice that underwent chemotherapy revealed a specific cluster expressing GM-CSF, as highlighted by the circle. Further analysis demonstrated that this cluster represents ILC2s. <b>B.</b> Flow cytometry analysis demonstrated that GM-CSF levels were elevated in ILC2s after chemotherapy.
