A three-dimensional representation of the Zika virus, which has no known treatments. The molecule ddhCTP halted replication of three different strains of Zika in living cells. These promising results suggest the potential of ddhCTP and similar naturally occurring compounds to be used in future treatments for Zika and other viruses.
