Heat Map - A Thermographic Image Showing Heat Generated By New Storage Material

Thermography shows the distribution of heat generated by "Salt in Matrix" materials in the laboratory at SPECIFIC, Swansea University. This material can, under the right conditions, store thermal energy indefinitely. This raises the possibility of storing heat from summer until winter or transporting heat from the point of generation to where it is most needed.
