Boundary defect found in Netrin mutant brain. In the control brain (left), the IPC (magenta) and OPC (blue) are clearly separated by a sharp boundary. In the Netrin mutant brain (right), the IPC cells penetrate inside the OPC disrupting the OPC-IPC boundary (arrows).
