3-D Printing Multi-Material Objects Faster (VIDEO) University of Southern California This video is under embargo. Please login to access this video. Caption Dr. Yong Chen, industrial systems and engineering professor at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, discusses the 3-D printing technique demonstrated in his latest paper. Digital enabled printing allows for several improvements on traditional processes, including reduced speed, increased surface smoothness, and the ability to print with more than one material in varying composition ratios. A fabrication process which used to take hours now takes minutes.
