Figure 3 (IMAGE) Institute for Basic Science Caption The growth of colon tumors (HCT-116) xenografted in mice was delayed by CINDELA treatment. Compared to the reagent that causes 2 DNA double-strand breaks (MT2), the reagents inducing 50 DNA double-strand breaks (MT50), or HCT-116 specific 23 breaks (HMIX23) had greater ability to reduce the growth of implanted tumors in mice.
