Industrial-scale simulations of novel engineering boiler designs (above) are needed to make them cleaner and more cost effective. Systems such as Frontera will make it possible for the models of such designs to be closer to the engineering systems that are built and to make it possible to use computation to evaluate new designs much more quickly before they are built.
