Visualization of bacterial features by gradient-weighted class activation mapping. The heatmap shows the regions of interest that were used as the basis for discrimination between resistant and non-resistant bacteria: the outer membrane region of the enoxacin-resistant bacteria and granules within the non-resistant bacteria exhibited strong signals.
