University of Vermont robotics expert Josh Bongard built this simple robot from Legos as proof of a complex idea, one that's teaching us about the interaction between brain and body. The Lego robot as well as simulated ones, evolve their body and their "brains" (or controller) together -- contributing to the faster development of more robust machines.
