S2-CP8 pancreatic cancer cells were inoculated subcutaneously to generate a xenograft tumor. The intraperitoneal injection of either gemcitabine, a broad-spectrum antimetabolite and antitumor drug, or anti-CKAP4 antibody inhibited tumor growth. The combination of gemcitabine and anti-CKAP4 produced stronger effects.
