Arsenic groundwater contamination in the Sacramento area (IMAGE)
Caption
A new Drinking Water Tool allows Californians to find out where their drinking water comes from and map levels of groundwater contamination with arsenic, nitrate, hexavalent chromium and 1,2,3-Trichrolopropane. In this image, screenshots from the tool show levels of arsenic contamination in Sacramento and Yuba City community water systems (left) and community water systems and domestic wells combined (right).
