Archaeologists from the Archäologisches Landesmuseum in Schleswig excavating a 6,000-year-old submerged settlement off the Baltic coast of Northern Germany. The site revealed a remarkably preserved late hunter-gatherer and early farmer artifacts, including ceramic vessels which were used in both periods to cook marine foods.
