Amyloid formation was monitored by thioflavin T fluorescence (blue) and total amount of aggregate formation (amyloid fibrils and amorphous aggregates) was monitored by light scattering (red). The optimum polyPs concentrations for amyloid formation decreased with an increase of chain length of polyPs.
