The endangered Vietnamese crocodile lizard, Shinisaurus crocodilurus vietnamensis, which is seriously imperiled by anthropogenic threats, including habitat loss and degradation and over-collection for the international pet trade. These photos were taken at the conservation breeding facility at Cologne Zoo.
