Scientists know something is different about the brains of children with autism. And now in a study conducted Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, the University of North Carolina and other centers, researchers have found significant changes in brain development in infants who go on to develop autism who are as young as 6 months old. Jim Dryden reports.
