As part of her research on water and sanitation in developing countries, Georgia Tech Professor of Public Policy Susan Cozzens recently toured the Guandu Water Treatment Plant in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. It is the largest water treatment plant in the world, serving 8.5 million people.
