inCell-Biopsy技術以金剛石納米針為「魚竿」，並加上會與RNA結合的蛋白質P19為「魚鈎」。納米針會刺穿細胞膜，然後直接拉出由「魚鈎」捕獲的多個目標miRNA，而被刺穿的細胞仍然存活。
