Dr. Sherine Chan, one of the founders of Neuroene Therapeutics, tested the anti-seizure compounds in a zebrafish model with funding from the South Carolina Clinical and Translational Research Institute. The compounds were effective at reducing epileptic seizure in zebrafish.
